Ohhhh, I'm having one of those days where I don't know what to write about. I've been staring at the screen for way too long.
My boyfriend just called and asked, "have you written your blog yet?"
"No...." I grumbled. "I don't know what to write about," I added, hoping he might have a suggestion. He didn't. It isn't his blog after all.
I feel like I've already written about most of the things that happened today that I would normally write about. For example:
- I let in my cleaner (Check!)
- I walked to the office (Check!)
- I taught a yoga class at lunchtime (Check!)
- I went for gelato after work (Check!)
And that makes me wonder - is it possible I've already written about everything there is for me to write about? Is my blog just starting to go around in circles?
But then I reminded myself that this is just one day, which might not have seemed remarkable in any particular way, but was still unique. And the fact that I'm still writing something today is one little step closer to a goal of mine, and that's worth celebrating in itself. Right?
Tomorrow I may have something more "momentous" to write about (...let's hope). But today is nothing to sniff at either.
Every day counts. Every step. Every Happy Moment.
